We are not a campaign against local authorities. We are a network that wants the system to work as Parliament intended — supporting genuine charitable use of buildings rather than creating unnecessary barriers for charities.
What we are
A shared network of charities, community groups and volunteers. We document practice, pool knowledge, and help the system support genuine charitable use of buildings.
What we are not
We are not a campaign against local authorities. We do not ask for relief where there is no genuine charitable use. We want the existing law applied as Parliament intended.
The aim is simple: genuine charitable use of buildings should be supported, not obstructed.
